I have paid my money and learned my lesson, but I do hope you don't repeat my mistakes. They delivered the part quick but it is not the same battery charger as shown on the website. There is not even any manufacturing country on it. I used it once and it was broken. I tried various ways to contact the brilliant store but I got no response back from them so far. Yes, it is cheap but it is not worthy of your money either. I think Amazon should also set a guideline for all these "cheap" equivalent components. Actually, they are not cheap while including shipping and handling.

This charger was needed immediately since the internal charging system of my Canon Vixia HV30 camcorder quit working. Bonus: Having an external charger and a spare meant I was able to continue shooting with the second battery while the first is being recharged.

I don't know what product F. Pan received, but I can assure you I got exactly what was described. It's made in China (what isn't?) and is of adequate quality to get the job done. You can pay 4x this price and get the Canon charger, but you won't get the US/European plug converter or the cigarette lighter adapter. This one's only a bit larger than the Canon charger, but not enough to make any real difference. The battery does fit rather tightly, but that's no big deal. You'll find typos and misspellings on the package, but so what?

Bottom line: it's kinda cheesy and cheap, but it fully charges your battery in under 2 hours, plus it comes with two handy adapters. Kids, it's a no-brainer!

Works perfect. It charges canon BP-2L13 1200mAh in about 3 hours. The battery shows on canon HG-10 camcorder with the correct battery life as full after the charging is finished. The charger indicator keeps orange during the charging and turns into green after the charge is finished. It works really good for the price paid $10. The only complaint is that it is a little bit tight when inserting and removing the battery from the charger, but I can handle it. The camcorder on-body charger failed after about two three years and this charger lets me continue using the rechargeable batteries with the camcorder.

This charger works in your home or in the car. It is a great price, and works very well with my camcorder battery. And you can't beat the 3 year warranty. Great little charger!

This is a great value. I broke the internal charger on my Canon Vixia HV20 so this charger is all I have. The quality is not first rate and the batteries stick a little going in the charger. I love the wall mount with no cords or extra transformer, and the prongs fold into the back for storage. The car adapter works great also. I have used it a lot over the last month with no issues.
