The adapter worked fine for 2 months and then just stopped charging the battery. Wrote to the manufacturer who wanted me to ship the item back at my cost so they could 'test' it. It was not worth my time and money - found another adapter that works from ebay. I guess you do get what you pay for. Would not recommend.

My Dell XPS M1330 Laptop was experiencing the normal "The AC Power Adapter Type Cannot Be Determined" error that is associated with the notorious "Dell Dallas Chip Issue." I was not about to buy another power supply from Dell. So I went on line and gave this item a try. Not only did it immediately start recharging my battery, it appears to run no hotter than my old Dell Power Adapter and cost me only a little over $3.28 v. Dell's $65.99 charge for a new one.

Note when I tried to talk to Dell about this issue which 3 of their technicians failed to resolve the issue. One tried to play it off as if my battery was not working correctly. Even after I had told them about the problem and that a different Dell power supply that I had borrowed from a friend was able to recharge my battery. I will never buy another Dell product again, but this AC Power Adapter is fantastic.

It was shipped on time and the product worked awesome! Great fast service. I couldn't be any happier. They got my order right and fast.

I bought this replacement power cord/charger for my 5 year old Dell M1210 laptop because my original power cord finally bit the dust. I bought this cord thinking it could get me through a couple of month until I could get an authentic Dell cord. I paid $2.65 (it cost more to ship it than the product itself) and thus far it has been a blessing.

Several years ago my computer stopped charging the battery. I was getting power but the battery just would charge. I tried everything and eventually I was forced to buy a separate battery charger. After receiving this item, the first thing I noticed when I plugged in my computer was my battery began charging. Very exciting indeed! The only bad thing is I should have ordered one or two more as back-up.

The shipping from Amazon was excellent as usual. I've order many products from Amazon and I've yet to be disappointed.

If you have a Dell and this power cord meets the specs required for your computer, you won't go wrong purchasing this product either as your main power cord or as an extra to have on hand.

It's not the best battery charger in the world. It's not even Dell original but it does the job quite good. It's good what it's worth.

Spend the extra few bucks to get a good OEM one from dell. This quit working in less than a month and I doubt the warranty/RMA process is worth the headache/less than $10 for the item.

This is a replacement battery charger for the listed laptops. With my Dell XPS M1330 it works as advertized.

This charger works great. By great I mean it charges exactly like the oem item does, only for about a third of the cost. Lasted longer than my original one, probably by luck. Whether you go with one from dell or a 3rd party from amazon, you are going to get a poorly made plastic charger, mine as well get the cheaper one here.

For all the people saying it gets hot normal you are charging a battery its gonna get warm but great product new from dell $56 dollars amazon $9 dollars

The charger worked good for 2 days and then stopped working. The first one I purchased worked for about 1 week and the 2nd one stopped working after 2 days. I returned the second one and just did not bother returning the first one.
