The battery does not quite fit, and slides away from the contacts. I cut the box it came in into small strips and inserted several at the bottom of the battery to hold it against the contacts, and this seems to work well enough. It took the charge, and had worked MUCH better than the one that I purchased directly from Creative, at least so far. It lasts for about 6 hours of constant use before I need recharging; not as good as my i-Pod or my SansDisk timewise, but it still works very well.

I bought this product for my 60GB Nomad Jukebox Zen Xtra. The old battery was getting tired and this had a few more milliamps than stock, so I thought I'd try it. Externally it looks identical to the old battery except for the label. However, when I put it in the Zen and started charging it I got ...nothing. It was like I had no battery installed. I found that you have to shove a toothpick of something in the end of the case where the battery sits to push it forward against the contacts. After that it took a charge and seems to be working so far.
