When I first ordered this battery as a replacement for my Roomba 415, it didn't hold a charge for very long. Based on my review of the product, PWR+ offered to send me a replacement for my defective unit. They promptly sent me a prepaid return label to send back the defective unit and sent me a new battery. the new one works perfectly! Thanks to PWR+ for standing behind their product! Great customer service!

UPDATE: Big Bummer. 10 weeks in. Showing diminshed capacity - wears down quickly. I wish I would have stucK with the name brand item.
-------------------------------------- This generic replacement battery works great. It also arrived quickly. Time will tell if it has the longevity of a name brand rechargable Roomba battery. The first time I bought a replacement battery it was Roomba brand. I hope this one lasts at least a year. That is about how long the brand names lasted. I set my vacuum to run once a day in a wide open area that is about 500sf.
