When I received my order, it appeared that the battery sent to me had been part of a multi-pack that had been split up by cutting up the package. I didn't think anything of it until the battery died a couple of weeks later. (My last one lasted several years.) When I contacted the company, they completely ignored my note and I have heard nothing from them. I will not order from them again.
