High quality adapter
Very well built. I especially like the design of the the plug that connects to the laptop. This is where failures usually happen because of stress on the cord, but this one looks like it's designed to mitigate the bending points on the cord.

Not Sure
This item was purchased with a matching battery for an aging laptop. The battery wouldn't accept a charge and gets really hot so I don't even know if the charger is doing what it should. Volt meter says volts and amps are close, but close only counts in farts and hand grenades; should still pretty well work, being within a given tolerance.
