Exact item needed
The item was exactly what I needed and it came in the exact amount of time. I am not a big user of purchasing much over the net, but I am learning that some things can't be found anywhere but the net. I was glad to know that they carried my product. thank you

Useless!!
Bought two batteries for my video camera right before christmas and neither of them worked. Charged both and the next day when we went to use them they had no charge on either of them. Very disappointed cause then told i would have to pay for shipping and handling and they wouldn't be here for christmas either!!!

Dissatisfied,

Company advertised this battery to fit my video recorder and it does not. Lists on the battery what recorders it will fit and mine is not listed. But they listed it on Amazon. Then when I called them back they would cover up to $6.00 in shipping. For the cost of the battery ($12.00) they should have just sent me the correct one. Why should I have to foot the bill for their false advertising. Shipping is not cheap. Very disappointed. AND they have not corrected their description. I would be very wary of purchasing from this company!
