Xevoz Basic Battle Attack 2-Pack Action Figures - Neo Sapiens and Sectoid

I can't say it enough times - I love this toy line - these guys are so cool and customizible, The wave to figures are just strating to come out, and hasbro is improving the line with each figure! I've seen the wave 3 figures and they blow everything out of the water - I can't want till amazon gets the rest of the new figures!

There are 2 figures tkat come with this set, a high-tech ninja and a big, big praying mantis(My complaint: Bugs aren't religious!(bad humor)).
First, there is a ninja called a Shadow Blade(Who's scared of a ninja when they have guns or electricity?(Okay, I'll stop)). His goggles are actually hypnotizers that make the target hit himself (look on the Battle Helix), but I'm
not so sure where the scuba gear is going.
The latter of the two is Bone Cutter, that bug I was talking about. The wings are pretty cool, and he also has a dragonfly-shaped axe and a beetle shield, and a lightbulb head that looks dumb no matter where you put it.
That is all.

This is a great set for children of all ages. I combines imagination with versatility. You can create a ninja using multiple different weapons and even different heads and then build an insect for him to battle. The Bone Cutter (insect) has a lot of parts to work with and poseability that is still uncommon in most toy lines except for Xevoz. No child should grow up without toys such as these. And yes parents, if you buy other Xevoz characters, you mix and match their parts with the ones from this kit. And from a collector/customizer of toys, I have four sets and all of them look like individual characters. With Xevoz, your imagination soars and the only rules are your own.
This set also comes with a battle board so you can use the included glyphs and characters to do battle in the Xevoz: build, battle, xevolve game.

I am a huge fan of the Stikfas figures and this is another figure in the same vein...[...]

Of the two figures in this kit I really dig the Shadow Blade kit. He comes with a pair of swords, nunchaku, brass knuckles and other accoutraments to snap on. My one complaint is he was not given a pistol or throwing stars. Luckily all the Xevoz figures are interchangeable, so as I have a few of them...problem solved.

Heck that is half the fun of this line of toys, as you mix and match to create a great figure to fight with as it is also a game...being an older toy fan I think they just look cool on my desk.

The Bone Cutter insect figure is kinda neat as it has four legs and two arms. Plenty of stuff is included to customize it for various insect looks (like a praying mantis of sorta fly-like). Of the kits I have this is my least favorite, but it is still waaaaay cooler than anything you will see normally int he action figure aisle.

I thought this toy was great because you can build your own xevoz when you collect then you can battle with your friends and see whos xevoz is the most powerful!!!!!!!!But the only thing bad about is the price.

This is a pretty crappy set. It LOOKS cool, and when you open the box it is. The Neo Sapien isn't hard to put together. I wanted to put the head w/ goggles on. I didn't hear the regular "snap". I moved it and it came off. So half of the purchased sucked. Then I went to the Insectoid. I got out all the pieces and looked at the "instructions" to put it together. I couldnt tell which piece was which. Overall, pass on these no matter how "cool" they look. Not fun to put together, no educational value. They are durable. That's all.
