It is an excellent research. The problem is that it is almost completely focused on British Forces and their point of view (event about statistics. This review is from: Battle for the Falklands (1) : Land Forces (Men-At-Arms Series, 133) (Paperback)
A superior book, written contemporaneously by folks who were there, on the ground and at sea. Good detail on the highly-interesting interpersonal relationships and conflicts. Also great discussion of the competing demands on the UK as an old colonial power and current mid-tier member of the world community. Not as much detail about the Argentine side, but a surprising amount nonetheless. It's a good and easy read, not nearly as tedious as most historical accounts.
