This game is awesome!
The graphics are soooooooooooo good, especially the flying!
You can create your own dragon with the parts you earn and have!
I am 8 years old and I LOVE IT!!!!!!!
There are also hidden bosses and they are things like robots, u.f.o.s, and school buses!!!!!!
The only thing I don't like is when you finish the game with one dragon that dragon can not do it again!
I recommend this game to everybody 8 and up!

This game has four different elemental dragons:fire, ice, wind, and earth. You start at the land of the element you choose to start out with and go from there. The dragons fly, run, crush rocks, ram rocks, and breathe their breath ability throughout the stages. They fight enemies with their claws, tail, wings, breath, and head whlie flying and and walking. They also dodge. You can customize your own dragon in different ways, and each element has different colors, markings, wings, heads, tails, and bodies to choose from. Unfortunately, the game can get repetitive and their is almost no storyline.

I gave this game 3 stars, because while it seems great you tend to get bored of it after a while. Once you go through the setup and learn several of new moves it becomes that same thing battle, after battle. It is fun to unlock new heads, tails, and colors for you dragon. You can customize your dragon, however they are limited on what you can customize.

The battle scenes were interesting for about the first five battles, but you get the hang of it through out the game. One thing to point out is what is up with some of these hidden bosses or caves that you will run into; drums, school buses, UFOs, I'm not kidding you go against these things in a battle against your dragon. Other dragons you will run into look all the same, but with differences among the head and body. Colors stay the same foe enemy dragon.

The graphics I had to say were impressive when you are flying in the area you are in. I like the fluid movement when the dragon flies. Probably the only thing I see good in this game.

I would like to see this game like Nintendogs where you can take care of your dragon and then fight, you can customize the dragon however you want. But this game doesn't have that feel you just run around battle and, more battle. You collect gems on what the evil dragon have stolen from you and you fight to get them back.

Overall, I think this game is boring, unless you a child it might seems interesting, but I played for a few hours on the road, but just get the same feel over and over again. Nothing new will come out of it.

I bought this game for my 12 year old son. He loves it. I had to make him stop playing it because he kept playing it for hours. He said he couldn't help it because it was just so fun to play.

Hey, I don't get it, but my seven year old daughter will play this for hours. It's her favorite school-bus-riding pastime!

First of all, I'd like to say I simply love dragons and everything related to them. When I read this game was about exploring a dragon land and evolving my dragon's skills, I bought it immediadtely.
For some time, it was really fun. The graphics are really beautiful and keep you interested for a while.
After about seven hours and many battles, I cleared the game. I tought it was very short, but it ended right when it became boring and repetitive.
But you can imagine my surprise when I realized that, in order to clear the game, I have to do everything I had already done for three more times, with the other species of dragons.
While you explore the land, you hope to not finding any dragon, so you don't have to battle agaisnt it.
Really don't recommend it. I just gave two stars because it's fun for the first time you play it.
Very, very repetitive.

I love this game! it's much better than How to train your dragon because you can walk and fly around,use gems,change your colours and more(see my reveiw).The battles are great because it challenges your dexterity with tracing patterns on the screen.The only thing I don't like is that it's impossible to delete and figure out without the instructions.(I got a used version)I can't wait for the next title!

My grand-daughter had this game on her Christmas list so I bought it for her and she was thrilled to say the least! She says it is fun to play, challenging but not too much so. I buy a lot of items from amazon and am always pleased.

My 10 year old got this game for Christmas after begging for it for weeks. So far he's really enjoying it. I took away one star though because the box said it was supposed to come with free bonus trading cards and when he opened the game there were no cards with it just an empty spot where it appears they should have been. He was a bit disappointed that the cards were missing.

Our grandson enjoys all the Dragonology books and we wanted to get him the Dragonology DS game, but it still has not been released. Thought he may enjoy this game -- and he sure does!
