Awesome book. It's different than the usual stuff on Yellowstone. If you want a inside look on the real issues, it gives a lot of information in an interesting way. I thought the author did a good job of presenting the facts without choosing sides.

A fascinating read on important and well-studied issues. I already look forward to Farrell's next book.

Format: Hardcover
This is a fantastic book. A great study of environmental conflict in one of the most interesting and important places of battle in the world. Really well researched and written. Deserves to be read by sociologists interested in culture, all environmentalists, political scientists trying to understand interminable domestic conflicts, and the educated general public. (Disclosure: the author was a graduate student of mine, but, hey, my view here is entirely objective!:)
