This review is from: Battleships, United States Navy: World War II, Korea, Vietnam (Paperback)
Marvin Bachison's book on US Navy battleships is a must for any serious naval historian. It is a concise volume that covers strictly battleships that can be classified under the commonly accepted 'dreadnought' formula (in other words, you won't find Spanish-American War era vessels here). This book is fluff-free, and deals in 'just the facts'. If you are a serious naval historian, you will have a copy of this book in your collection.
