I received this item from Redford films and was happy with it until last week when I picked it up and the figures left hand just fell off when I picked it up to dust. Careful inspection of the figure revealed that the right hand holding the helmet also had a crack in it and looked to have been repaired re-painted and then re-cracked during shipping. Crack was only visable after I really started looking at the figure. I love QMx, not so fond of Redford films and they don't have any customer service to speak of. These cracks are what I believe to be mfg errors. The figure arrived in an undamaged box with all packing material and has resided undesturbed on my book shelf until I moved it for dusting. Not at all happy with whoever is responsible for the mfg and inspection of these figures. I hope that this is only one of a few that reached consumers in this condition...:(
