I thought this game would be no good. So I rented it and MAN WAS IT AWESOME! Awesome vehicles, sweet cars, cool gangs. If you're a fan of GTA2, You'll love this game!

First I played it at my friends house, and it was AWSOME. When I got it, I played it right away. IT is a good game you never can get sick of. I reduced a star for JUST SOME of the graphics. I rented the first battle tanx, and I recomend you don't get. It has cheap graphics, there were only like 3 tanx, and I couldn't even beat the first level. Battle Tanx Global Assault was a great improvement.

This game RULES on N64, because they're 4 players, here only 2. Not as much fun... If you want this game, get it on N64.

I got this game quick in the mail. It was in great condition. I love this game. No scratches or marks on the disk.

This is an excellent game. I happened upon it and decided to buy it, since I loved the N64 version, and the gameplay is much the same. It is incredibly fun, and can be played in co-op which is amazing. The graphics aren't the best, and sometimes the tanks are hard to control, but they're TANKS. An excellent game, and not too hard nor too easy to beat.

I got battletanx because i used to play it when I was single(those were fun times). I recently remembered it and wantd to play it again. I have a PS3 that is not backwads compatible with PS2 games but it is with PS1 games. Still a fun game but with PS3 controls you can't use stick contorller, just the pads making it a little stiff on manuevers, but when your objctive is to blow up everything around you, it serves its purpose

had this game quite a few years ago when ps1 was all the rage....just got it again and finally got to hear those famous words again... NUKE DEPLOY!....great game for its age.

Now, think, when was the last time a company made a game with just tanks and nothing to do but kill people? well, if you like things like this, GET THIS GAME! At first a few years ago (When it came out) I wasnt sure. I bought it thinking, hey what the heck, and WOW IT WAS SO GOOD I GOT IT FOR NINTENDO AND I GOT THE SEQUAL! I suggest getting this one if you really just wanna play 1 or 2 playuers. If you like multiplayer games and often have alot of people over to kill, get the nintendo one.

This version for the PlayStation does not come close to the Nintendo 64 version. The game lacks the quick agility and smooth operation of the Nintendo 64 version. This PlayStation version should never have been released to the public. 3DO has a lot to answer for ever releasing this poor quality of a game.

I just wish that someone at 3DO would have tried this PlayStation version first before releasing it.

I give it a Rating of 1 Star (although it deserves a lot lower rating). If you love this type of game than the original console game "Pong" would be your speed.
