Heavy Gear 2 was an ok game, BattleZone 2 is a great game, I would recomend BZ2 to anyone who is into real time war / battle games!

I play Battlezone2 now for about 3 years, and still it's not one bit boring or anything. Battlezone2 can still even in Graphics more than just compete with most games of today, but in gameplay issues, no game reaches even close to the special way of BZ2. At first, it may seem a bit complicated, but everyone who plays it will be overwhelmed by its Great Atmosphere, the exciting story, the intelligent gameplay, the amount of tactical possibilities AND SO ON.....
The Big disadvantage of BZ2 is that it sold badly in the past, but everyone who did buy it LOVES it and even now after this long time, many Players play it on-and offline. Lots of new great Projects are still being created, for example it's recently released fantastic inofficial addon 'Forgotten Enemies'; one of the best organised Fan Projects ever. ... So, the only thing that I still need to say: buy this; BZ2 is a great game which you will love, no matter who deep you go into it. and, oh yes, before I forget it: Heavy Gear II also is an awesome game ;-)
