Thanksgiving at your house this year? At 18 inches long, 14 inches wide, and 3 inches deep, this pan is big enough to roast the biggest turkey you can find. It has two sturdy upright handles for lifting heavy roasts with all the trimmings, and the V-shaped rack lets a bird nestle in precisely the right spot. Its aluminum construction conducts heat very well, and the nonstick finish won't react with acidic foods such as citrus or tomato. The nonstick cooking surface also makes cleanup easy, but don't use metal utensils to deglaze, and be careful that the rack doesn't slide around when you're carrying a full pan. --Mary Park
