The geometric lines of the Baume & Mercier Men's Riviera Chronograph Date Watch handsomely complements its smart chronograph dial. Constructed with a stainless steel case, this everyday timepiece includes a dodecagonal stainless steel bezel, and a black rubber wristband secured with a push-button-deployment clasp. A scratch-resistant-sapphire window shields the black dial, which features silver-dot hour markers framed by a tachymeter. The dial also includes slim minute indexes, three chronograph subdials and a date calendar at the six o'clock position. Featuring Swiss-automatic movement, the watch is water resistant to 330 feet (100 M).
In 1973 the Riviera revolutionized the aesthetic watch-making characteristics by being equipped with a dodecagonal case--12 sides for 12 hours, or the geometric expression of a clever dose of innovation, classicism and creativity. I bought this a few days ago and am really happy with the purchase. I have been following this watch for a while and have been to jewellers to get a price on this item and also to know more about the brand. Baume & Mercier is one of the oldest watch makers ever! The Riviera is a classic piece that doesn't look boring, even though it was first created in the 70s'. It is light on the wrist and suitable for all occasions. I like it and would strongly recommend it! Thanks Amazon!

I bougth this watch three months ago, the bottom to change the date is broken and amazon warranty didn't change the watch they said that fix the watch, but that is open the watch and a luxury watch doesn't must open the watch, now they couldn't solve the problem and I have to remain with it damaged.
