great price! however, the watch arrived with no battery power left, had to replace it off the bat, also the warranty card had no vendor seal on it which means theres no warranty on the watch and i had to pay for the battery replacement...

I had the same issue as the previous reviewer. The watch came with no battery charge left which makes me worry about whether the battery has leaked inside the watch. Also the watch box (that houses the watch display box) was quite dirty. Not really the presentation or care that I'd have expected. The price was very competitive but I don't believe this excuses the issues mentioned.

I read a few reviews on this watch before buying it and there were complains already for presentation and battery issues. I assumed that if something like that would happen Amazon Customer service would be responsive to fix it ... big mistake. They politely acknowledged my messages while totally ignoring my request for assistance. They led me to B&M whom offered help indicating that watch was not original, yes, they indicated that they do not sell via web but would provide service (out of guarantee). When I came back to Amazon for an answer I received a reply from somebody that did not even took the time to read what the problem was. Disappointing to say the least.
