This was the first time I purchased an item this expensive online. I have to admit that I was bit sceptical, but once I got my watch I was extremely delighted with the whole experience. It got a day earlier and was packaged as if purchased from a regular store.

I'm very disappointed with this purchase. I bought this watch as a christas present for my wife. So last Friday, in less that two months of casual use the watch just stoped working. My wife took it to a jewelry to check on the battery which died in that small period of time and it had to be replaced with a new one.. After that, they guy who changed the batery tried to set the time but the crown of the watch was loose and it came off.
The worst thing is that the return period from Amazon expired on January 31, so now I'll have to figure out the warranty of a bad quality product. |
