4 hour relief for allergy eyes,
By
This review is from: Bausch & Lomb Opcon-A Eye Drops, Eye Allergy Relief, 0.5-Ounce Bottles (Pack of 3) (Health and Beauty)
Over the past year or so, I've suffered from almost daily allergy-eyes (also computer-eyes and contact-lens eyes). This product is the only one I've used that gives consistent 4-hour relief. My workplace is climate-controlled and I sit under an air vent all day - I also sit next to a copier and printer. Horrible atmosphere for clear eyes. This is the only product that relieves my "zombie eyes." One drop will work 4 hours while I"m at work, and around 8-10 hours on weekends, when I'm away from my toxic work environment. My drugstore has jacked the price of this product up over the past few months and does not offer 3-packs. The Amazon price is only a little less, but I do get the convenience of free delivery and buying in bulk (which is necessary).

Opcon-A is fantastic. I went to an optometrist and he recommended these preservative free eye drops for dry eyes. All they did was make my red eyes look wet. So I basically looked like a drunk that was crying. I don't touch alcohol so I found it offensive people thought I was some type of lush. Opcon-A fixed all my eye ailments. It takes aways the excessive watering, mild itch and redness. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five was because I have to reapply about every three or four hours.

Eye Drops Supreme,
This review is from: Bausch & Lomb Opcon-A Eye Drops, Eye Allergy Relief, 0.5-Ounce Bottles (Pack of 3) (Health and Beauty)
Great stuff for allergy folks. I use it all the timewhen golfing in all environs; very effective. However, the price over the past 18 months has doubled. Mostly since Costco decided to put it in the pharmacy section rather than in open stock.../FJP

I read the other reviews and noticed most were about having dry eyes. Thanks to hay fever, my eyes become extremely itchy to the point of madness when exposed to a certain pollen. It would get so bad my eyes would swell from all the rubbing! Swollen to the point of being kinda scary! I tried three other brands of eyedrops, but none of them worked. Luckily I found Opcon-A!!! It really does the trick! It's true the effect is only temporary, lasting around three hours during the highest pollen concentration - duration may vary on the individual - but it's three hours of bliss compared to the alternative!!! |
