I have been drinking Bawls for about 5 years now, its been around for a while and was known mainly to the computer gaming crowd. I must admit this stuff is great! It does taste a bit like "Cream Soda" instead of a crazy or bad taste like most energy drinks. Not overwhelming, not too sweet. The kick you get is amazing and this is coming from a guy who could take a 64 ounce Coke or Mountain Dew like nothing.
Highly recommended if you want a great tasting product with a high energy kick. If you are worried about carbs or sugar check out the sugar free version of this product also sold here. Bawls Guaranexx Energy Drink, Sugar Free, 16 Ounces (Pack of 24) I have had it and its not bad at all either. I am glad to see the quality of this product has stayed high throughout its expansion in popularity.

I have tried many "energy" drinks in my time. Rockstar, NOS, Venom, Monster, and Red Bull are probably the most prominent. The common denominator between all of these drinks?

They taste HORRIBLE. They entirely ruin the heavenly goodness that is a caffeinated, carbonated beverage. If you like sweet tarts, I suppose you might enjoy the taste of energy drinks. However, bitter-tasting drinks are not my cup o' tea.

This is where Bawls comes in. Bawls tastes AWESOME. Energy drink or otherwise, I put it in my list of top 5 favorite "sodas." It's a clear sprite-like beverage with a unique flavor to it that I can't really put a name to, but it isn't at all bitter and it will definitely give you an extra kick. Will it be as effective as other crappy-tasting energy drinks? Probably not. But considering the fact it tastes SO much better, you can -pleasantly- knock back two or three of these instead of torturing yourself through one can of digustingness. If you do not have a high tolerance for highly caffeinated beverages, I do not recommend drinking more than one of these at a time.

Bawls is the sacramental wine of the gamer. Need a lift while pulling a full night of instance runs on WoW? Keep a case of these babies nearby and you'll be good to go.
