I have been drinking Bawls for about 5 years now, its been around for a while and was known mainly to the computer gaming crowd. I must admit this stuff is great! It does taste a bit like "Cream Soda" instead of a crazy or bad taste like most energy drinks. Not overwhelming, not too sweet. The kick you get is amazing and this is coming from a guy who could take a 64 ounce Coke or Mountain Dew like nothing.
Highly recommended if you want a great tasting product with a high energy kick. If you are worried about carbs or sugar check out the sugar free version of this product also sold here. I am glad to see the quality of this product has stayed high throughout its expansion in popularity.

I have tried many "energy" drinks in my time. Rockstar, NOS, Venom, Monster, and Red Bull are probably the most prominent. The common denominator between all of these drinks?

They taste HORRIBLE. They entirely ruin the heavenly goodness that is a caffeinated, carbonated beverage. If you like sweet tarts, I suppose you might enjoy the taste of energy drinks. However, bitter-tasting drinks are not my cup o' tea.

This is where Bawls comes in. Bawls tastes AWESOME. Energy drink or otherwise, I put it in my list of top 5 favorite "sodas." It's a clear sprite-like beverage with a unique flavor to it that I can't really put a name to, but it isn't at all bitter and it will definitely give you an extra kick. Will it be as effective as other crappy-tasting energy drinks? Probably not. But considering the fact it tastes SO much better, you can -pleasantly- knock back two or three of these instead of torturing yourself through one can of digustingness. If you do not have a high tolerance for highly caffeinated beverages, I do not recommend drinking more than one of these at a time.

Bawls is the sacramental wine of the gamer. Need a lift while pulling a full night of instance runs on WoW? Keep a case of these babies nearby and you'll be good to go.

So I order some Bawls because of all the hype and people fainting at the mere sight at these Bawls.
I paid ~40 for 24 16oz cans (with subscription). My Bawls arrived a couple days later and I eagerly opened the case and drank one right then.
The taste is okay.. nothing special. It's light, refreshing and doesn't taste like an energy drink, so that's cool.
As far as energy: I wish they would put the energy ingredients amounts info on the can. I did some research and a 16oz can has 100mg of caffeine. No bad, but 'high' caffeine? No. I can't find the level of guarana anywhere and that's an important number (guarana has 3x level of caffeine). It's suppose to be a high caffeine and guarana drink, but the boost it provided me was only decent. Again, nothing special.
Anyways, for the price of these... I just don't find them worth it. In fact I canceled my subscription and will move on.
To sum this up..

If you like the taste and like paying nearly 2 bucks for a can of this? Go for it. It's not for me.

I love this drink, it is hands down my favorite energy drink. But when I ordered it from here with the Amazon Prime 2-day shipping, it took 2 weeks to ship, and when the case arrived at least a quarter of the cans were dented and disformed, and one was even leaking slightly. Bravo on a great drink, but figure out your shipping department, Bawls.

Bawls is the best tasting energy drink that I have tried. It does not bother my stomach either. This drink is worth trying, you will like it. It's like a 7up/sprite type clear soda. Very short ingredients list with only 8 different contents inside the mix.

This is, without a doubt, my favorite energy drink. At first, the taste may seem a bit understated. This is because the drink is sweetened by regular corn syrup as opposed to high fructose corn syrup.

At first I could not appreciate the sweet taste of the guarana berry that flavors the drink, because my taste buds had been adulterated by the high fructose corn syrup of every other soda out there -- specifically, my previous favorite, Mountain Dew. However, once I weaned myself off of the Dew, I started to rejoice in the delicious berry taste of the guarana.

This is truly a delicious drink, and the energy boost it gives you is amazing. I have it set to auto-delivery, and I highly recommend anyone reading this try it out.

One other plus: The name lends itself to lots of amusing puns. I guarantee you, if you bust out your Bawls at a friendly gathering, you will be the hit of the party!

this is the greatest beverage/energy drink ever created. and if you haven't tried cherry bawls yet, YOU MUST. once the drink touches my lips my day immediately gets a nice boost. MUST TRY

I was first introduced to BAWLS at a computer LAN party a long time ago. Back when the only thing BAWLS came in was the glass blue bottles (that looked really cool). But over the years of drinking BAWLS the taste has stayed the same and thats good cause they taste great. If you want to try these go to your local target and buy a couple of cans. I am sure you won't be disappointed. Bawls are one of the best energy drink out there.

I am an energy drink junky, and these are delicious. They taste more like a pop than an energy drink which is a nice change of pace for my addiction;)
