I run operations for a small chain of 10 retail stores. Heating and cooling bills can skyrocket during peak months when absent minded people forget to turn the AC/Heat off at night. This unit allows me to set the schedule via a subscription free website.
An added bonus is it constantly pings its server over the internet and if the server doesn't see it it can send you an email. This serves as a possible notification that your internet is down in a remote location. Helpful in order to t-shoot before a store opens and you lose money if your POS system requires internet.
This unit also allows me to set a range in which the temp can be adjusted or completely lock out the keypad so it cant be changed locally at all.
The website also will alert you of various conditions such as cycle % of the AC/Heat in case it is running constantly.
An excellent product, simple to install.

Effective and affordable remote temperature control solution.
1/2 hour installation was easy.
High and Low temperature email alerts are working.
The Bayweb portal (no subscription fees) and free Android app provide great remote temperature control functionality.
I am very pleased with my decision to install this product in my vacation home.
