This review is from: The Bay of Love and Sorrows (DVD)
Not bad I say! The scenery is truly gorgeous! The boating shots of the sailboat are refreshing! The changing leaves are picture perfect! Even the attractive young thesbians add to the feeling of tranquility and ingenue. There's a marked contrast to the 60's tale of drug running, jealousy, and murder; it makes this tragic suspense story that much darker. For an independent offering, almost totally unheard of in the USA, this is a film magisterial in its command of the dark side of human psychology.
