I have used this Bayer product with EXCELLENT results. It is best put on around President's Day in the Northern Hemisphere--before your trees and shrubs start budding, as it is taken up into the root system as spring roots start taking up water. I don't like the fact that Amazon does not describe whether you are buying a quart or a gallon of this product. This is why I give it just a so-so rating If it's a quart, the price is OK--just so-so. If it is a GALLON you are purchasing, buy it up quick!
