If you need to sleep and you do not go the prescription route, this is a good choice. Knocks you out. You do feel a bit dopey in the morning though.

A great combination -- just the right dosage of pain relief/sleep aid, for those not sensitive to aspirin (that's 90% of you, if you didn't know)

I like aspirin because it also has the benefit of heart-health. And acetaminophen makes me feel dull. So to have a product that induces sleep with the added benefit of aspirin is great. Yes, on an empty stomach it can upset my tummy, but just make sure to eat before you take it - even a piece of toast or a glass of milk, and it does wonders. IF YOU WANT ASPIRIN INSTEAD OF ACETAMINOPHEN, USE THIS PRODUCT.

Straight to the Point: It does what is says. Provides pain relief and helps you fall asleep easily. But not too good in helping you STAY asleep though. But then again I usually only take 1/2 the recommended dosage for an adult.

This is a product my wife has used for a number of years and it is not readily available here.
We have had nothing but the very best service from this seller and will continue to use it.

Thank God I could find my favorite P.M. aspirin on Amazon! Apparently, Walgreens and CVS doesn't want to bother with it any more!

Stores and drug stores do not stock Bayer pm caplets anymore, at least here in Sacramento, CA.
Just one caplet lets me sleep soundly. Tylenol is so bad for a person, according to all media and my personal physian.

This the best PM product. Aspirin for pain and heart and PM for sleep.
