Bought this just to give it a try and to get a small "edge" on sleeping a bit more deeply. Was disappointed to find that none of the stores in our area carry it, but it was an easy transaction to order it from Amazon.com (as usual). Anyway . . . my husband and I have been taking just 1 tablet nightly, before bed, and we both appear to be sleeping better. Maybe it's all in are head, but it truly appears to work -- and does not leave you feeling drowsy of anything -- even if you have to get up in the middle of the night for a bathroom break. Neither of us want to take anything non-aspirin based -- as we are truly believers in the power of aspirin!! Will most likely continue to purchase this item and would definitely recommend it to others.
