I bought this as a back up for my son. Generally accurate blood sugar readings and easy to use my son has no problems using the meter and he is 9 yo.

I looked everywhere for the best prices on Glucose Monitoring Systems and this is it. The strips are well priced too. The Bayer company sent me 50 strips when I recorded my meter registration along with their wonderful web site. Look no further this is it. Very inexpensive and easy to use. I stopped checking my blood sugar when I lost my job and my insurance. I found that it's not the meters to be that expensive but the strips can go upwards to $2.00 each. Not a motive to test your sugar that often even if the meter is free. Thank you Bayer and Amazon.

This glucose monitor is very easy to use. No CODE # to worry about matching. You just insert the strip, hold it to a small drop of blood and withing seconds you have your glucose reading. That's a lot simpler than having to insert expensive drums. You don't waste several strips trying to get a reading. This exact model has been discontinued, but they have newer models. Try one, I really think you will like it as much as I do.

Could not find this meter in the stores, and then i found it on Amazon. Best price ever, some wanted alot of money but Amaon had the best price. It works great, i recomend this to everyone who needs to check your blood sugar.

This is handy little meter that provides good results. The test strips are also a little cheaper than some other types I have used

I am amazed at how painless the lance system with this unit is, but it also seems less accurate.

I purchased this to keep in my trailer for when I am camping (and sometimes forget my monitor). However, I might have to switch lancets with my home system (OneTouch Ultra 2), as these are SOOOOO much less painfull!

I only gave it four stars due to my perception of less accuracy. I compared it with the "standard drops" that came with it and with my OneTouch. I can't remember the numbers, but I seem to recal this system reading off as much as 20%. However, for a week of camping, it worked just fine!

This store had the right product and sent it very quickly, the price was fair too. I tried to purchase the same item from another store not only they sent a different brand, it took them a long time to refund and they never sent a return label for the wrong item to be returned to them.
