I normally don't do reviews of products like aspirin, but I wanted to do one here because I think this is just a wonderful product, and I saw there was one other review here, and it gave this aspirin 3 stars because the reviewer didn't realize it had caffeine.
I get terrible headaches, and often low-grade fevers due to autoimmune problems. I have tried many prescription drugs over the years, but have found that the most effective pain/fever reliever out there is Bayer Back and Body. Yes, it does have caffeine - but that's what helps make it so effective. Caffeine is often added to pain relievers because it makes them 40% more effective, and it helps the body absorb the medication more quickly. The downside of course, is that you probably wouldn't want to take these pills right before you go to sleep. So I highly, highly recommend this medication, and I have many friends who are now big fans. It really does work.
