I normally don't do reviews of products like aspirin, but I wanted to do one here because I think this is just a wonderful product, and I saw there was one other review here, and it gave this aspirin 3 stars because the reviewer didn't realize it had caffeine.

I get terrible headaches, and often low-grade fevers due to autoimmune problems. I have tried many prescription drugs over the years, but have found that the most effective pain/fever reliever out there is Bayer Back and Body.

Yes, it does have caffeine - but that's what helps make it so effective. Caffeine is often added to pain relievers because it makes them 40% more effective, and it helps the body absorb the medication more quickly.

The downside of course, is that you probably wouldn't want to take these pills right before you go to sleep.

So I highly, highly recommend this medication, and I have many friends who are now big fans. It really does work.

This product has gotten very hard to find on store shelves in Boston. It is great for reducing muscle tension and as a mild sleep aid.

My wife takes this aspirin for headaches; it is the only medication that cuts the pain fast, also she says it is very good for body pain, and I agree with the costumer that says it is harder to find in the store's shelves nowadays. We used to buy this aspirin from Walmart, ShopRite and Weggmans but now we do not find it in these stores anymore.

I purchased this product because I take a lot of acetaminophen with codeine for back pain and thought I could take this at night. But, surprise, it is full of caffeine. Works great in the morning though.
