5.0 out of 5 stars Less Pain, Works Well - Recommended!, November 27, 2008
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
The "Ascensia Microlet Lancets" are by far and away the least pain inducing lancets I have found for my diabetic blood sugar testing. Made to be used with the Ascensia CONTOUR Monitoring System, these lancets are almost painless on my finger tips and always draws just enough blood for a proper sample.

I have tried several other brands and "generic" lancets, all with mostly disapointing and sometimes painful results.

Highly recommended!

5.0 out of 5 stars If you gotta do it..., August 31, 2007

The Ascensia Contour and the various accoutrements make a reasonable package to test your blood sugar levels on a regular basis. On-line purchase is much more affordable than in the stores!! The reason I went with this model is that one can buy a data cable and store all the necessary data on computer without having to hand enter (I know... how lazy can I be???) Been at it for nearly a month and only wasted one testing strip - so I give it five stars! And... it is relatively painless!

All the best,

Jay

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent product, April 17, 2008
By
I purchased this for my diabetic dad. It is so easy to use, he loved it. I also used it on my grandfather and he was quite impressed with it also.
I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a good product in the market to check blood sugar to buy this with confidence.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Lancets For Contour System - Highly Recommended!, April 4, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Bayer's Microlet Lancets, Single Use, 100 Lancets (Pack of 2) (Health and Beauty)
These Bayer Microlet Lancets are simply the best, least painful lancets I have tried in my Bayer Contour system. Being a diabetic is rough enough and sampling blood is a task that is fairly unpleasant, but these lancets are small and sharp so they cause a lot less pain than generic lancets. I have tried other types and always regret it.

Highly Recommended!

4.0 out of 5 stars Lancets, January 18, 2012
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Bayer's Microlet Lancets, Single Use, 100 Lancets (Pack of 2) (Health and Beauty)
These lancets do a great job and are relatively painless. My only complaint is that they can be difficult to load into the "gun" and once you remove the cap, they are a sharp hazard.

5.0 out of 5 stars Nothing Wrong With These, September 23, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Bayer's Microlet Lancets, Single Use, 100 Lancets (Pack of 2) (Health and Beauty)
While I prefer to use my MultiClix, these lancets work just fine and are priced the same as any other lancets. If you have a Bayer lancet device, you can't go wrong buying these.

Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Bayer's Microlet Lancets, Single Use, 100 Lancets (Pack of 2) (Health and Beauty)
I've purchased Bayer's Microlet Lancets, Single Use, 100 Lancets (Pack of 2) together with Bayer's Microlet 2 Adjustable Lancing Device for my diabetic parents. My mother had brain stroke and paralysis on left body side. Now she's recovered but still having trouble with controlling her left hand which is dominant. The device helped her to control the dept. She said it was something like painless. She found this product very impressive and would love to recommend this to other people who looking for diabetic blood sugar testing stuffs. It is much cheaper to shop online too if you're not too lazy too search for the best deal ;)

I'm a first time user of blood glucose monitoring system. These lancets work fine. 100 lancets for about $13, they should last me a while. I'm happy with my Bayer system, lancets, and test strips. thank you.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best Lancets EVER, January 29, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Bayer's Microlet Lancets, Single Use, 100 Lancets (Pack of 2) (Health and Beauty)
If you need to use lancets to draw blood, you know it can sometimes be painful. Well, these lancets are, for me, hands down the best lancets out there. I feel no pain while using these lancets. Evidently the way the tips are sharpened allow them to be pain free lancets. I've used them with two different lancing devices and they work well in either. One device is a Bayer and one is a cheaper brand.
These are pain free lancets. Give them a try. You'll come back for more.
