I've owned my fryer for 4 years and this product has performed it's function very well. I like to brine my turkeys and it fits inside the 5 gallon water coolers used by construction workers that are easily found at Lowe's or Home Depot. When I get ready to cook, I pull the bird out of the cooler, pour off the brine and then put the bird back in so it can drain and come up to room temperature without any worries of animals or bugs getting to the raw food. The coolers are easy to clean and sanitize for the next time.

Yes, I would like it to be a little more sturdy because it does bend. I fry 16 or more 11lb turkeys a year and I haven't had any major issues. Matter of fact I am ordering 3 more from Bayou Classics website, just to make the job of frying 4 turkeys at a time easier.

This was everything I needed in one box. We had needed the hook for basket frying and were able to order everything for the fryer for less than the hook itself. This is why I recommend Amazon to everyone I talk to. Thank you again!!!!!

The turkey stand is made of a super soft alunium that bends very easiy. It will not hold a 5lb chicken up straight. It folds over with a 10lb turkey sitting on it. More like a turkey recliner. The ideal is good but not a QUALITY product. The injector kit is great and the thermometer is the ONLY usefull items in this kit.

It worked for my outdoor turkey fryer. The flavor injection needle was a little flimsy but did the job enough to get my 20 lb turkey cooked & it would hold up a couple more times for this.

We had lost the frying rack and this is what we needed. Works exactly like it says and is supposed to. Is perfect for a surprisingly great juicy fried turkey.

This item is a little flimsy. The rack is weak but it worked ok for frying a turkey. I think it is more suited for lighter pieces of meat. Next time I will get a different style though.

works great for getting the turkey out of the fryer we put a small can beside the holder and put in some beer to keep the turkey moister

Ordered to fry a 12 pound for Thanksgiving. Hanger is very small and requires you to be very close to pot when lowering turkey into pot. Stand is flimsy and bent the first time I tried to set the turkey on it. Thermometer and Injector are ok.
I would recommend getting a more heavy duty system.

I purchased this set to replace my original that was lost during a move. I finally used it this week and it is just as good as the original. I especially like the 3 spikes that came with this one that allows you to deep fry 3 chickens at a time. Item arrived fast and I would order again.

somehow the stand dissapeared from a cookout we had and one of our deep fryers was effectively useless (we tried a coat hanger but that wasn't a great solution)
The hook was better than any of the originals we have (longer and easier to let go of the stand when lowering turkeys which was an unexpected bonus). Overall extremely satisified.
