Bayou Country provides us with a brief look at the making of the lives of those who call Southeast Arkansas home or to which we can trace at least a portion of our heritage, a glimpse at those who helped forge the pathways that helped define our existence, and a glance at the events - both natural and by man's intent or lack thereof - that have molded or continue to shape our lives. Historical and contemporary photographs provide the backdrop to this journey.
