The coconut is good. I wanted to see how wide, wide was - and it was just great. It is very hard to find coconut that isn't sweetend (which is doesn't need) or that isn't shredded. Anderson

I bought these to cook with or add to dishes. It comes in a large bag, that after I opened, I inserted in a larger zip lock bag to keep it fresh. I just love it! These taste wonderful, nothing is added and size is great! The large coconut doesn't get lost in a dish like the small shredded type does. I sprinkle it on top of cereal, pudding and any other dish I think could use a boost.
