I purchased this huge box of folders/portfolios before school started because all of the stores where I live inevitably run out of folders before school begins. It is always so frustrating because the school list calls for 4 red, 4 blue, 4 green, etc...and I can never find the exact color and quantity requested. This is my solution so I won't need to go store to store ever again! These folders come in red, yellow, blue, purple, and green. They have bottom pockets and a center 3-prong fastener. There is an even number of each color and the colors are consistent. The outside is matte, not shiny, so you can write on it without it smearing.

I was buying folders at an office store for my daycare alphabet books. I would only get 10 or 12 to a package. This got expensive! I thought to myself...hm...I wonder if Amazon.com would have these. I found them!! I do not have the time to shop from store to store for availability. I got a huge box of folders for a decent price!

The folders looked as if they were seconds, some were not cut properly. Some of the clips for the three hole punch fell out before use. There were several that were dirty on the outside as if thrown on the floor, stepped on and picked up and packed. I'm disappointed in the thin quality of the paper used also.
