I cannot put into words how much this thing surpassed my expectations. I have had smaller and less powerful bass tubes before so I expected something like those. This thing really does such a good job that people think I have a box with a couple of 12's in the trunk.

I actually had a much higher end system priced out and was almost ready to pull the trigger, but I'm trying to save money (and space and weight in the car) so I begun looking into these. I like the fact that it is removeable if I want the entire trunk space available.

The sound is awesome and unexpected for this size of sub/enclosure/power. It sounds great down to 30 hz which is my sweet spot in base. I highly recommend getting the remote for better control of the bass from the drivers seat. It does not have a bass boost centered around a certain frequency like they normally do, but rather a level control (like an amp gain adjust) and a low pass crossover control. Both are handy when you have a song with lots of bass that you need to turn it down or a song with higher bass that you need to adjust the crossover.

Normally when I'm by myself or with one passenger I do leave the seatback down that is directly in front of the tube. It looks nice plus it sounds better. I did tests at 30/40 hz and there is a 3.5 Db loss in sound level when I close up the rear seat so I prefer it down. They recommend that you "corner load" the sub but honestly I prefer to have it facing forward. The way I have it mounted I can switch it around easily if I want to anyway. During install make sure you leave plenty of extra length to all the cables (RCA, turn on, power, ground, remote) so that you can move it around if you ever want/need to. I hid all the extra cable under the rear carpet for a clean looking install.

My first xperience with adding a sub to any car was the bta8100, wow what difference a sub makes especially when u all ready have a decent system vette Bose, but within a couple days I knew I needed more the 10250D simply took my sound system to another level it handles any bass thrown at it and is simply fantasic with a rather small footprint. It fits perfectly behind the driver seat which still allows for the top to be put in it's carrier in the hatch and with no sound degradation. I can't say enough about Bazooka's bass tubes or there tech support I have called them 3 or 4 times questioning what I should be putting in the car for the best sound they have even called me back to talk to me about it. GREAT PRODUCT, GREAT COMPANY! Sorry for the rant but I can't say enough good about SAS CO.

not once had an issue yet. i would advise getting the remote control for it though.

I bought this sub for my girlfriends car. It worked great and sounded pretty good at first. About two months later, we kept hearing bad rattleing from the car. I thought it was a car component ratteling, but after a long search it turned out to be the sub enclosure. The whole back of the tube, where the amp mounts, has cracked amost all the way around. It is a bazooka amp, so there is no chance of there being to much power for the sub. Its still under warranty, so lets hope that bazooka will replace it. Good sub, but seems a little bit cheap.

I used to have a bazooka 8" 50 watt in my 4-runner, then I upgraded to the 10" and immediately heard a difference. The 10" sub has a much greater response range, and better overall tone. Even though it is a 100W, I hardly need that much. The bazookas are able to make a richer and stronger bass with less wattage than a box sub. I am very satisfied with the subwoofer!

For what it is, it's fantastic, and it packs PLENTY of power into my SUV, be sure you really tighten it up though if installing in a high CoG vehicle, ass acceleration + vibration will see it loosen itself and go flying across your storage area.

It easily fits in the corner of your car trunk and adds vivid bass to your present stereo system. It was well worth the money

Installed in 2006 4Runner cargo area. It rounds out the music very well at lower volumes. You can crank it up and have some decent bass. I used to run two JL 10s so this is a far cry from that, but then again, I'm 35 now with a 18 month old. I was looking for rich full music and this delivered exactly what I wanted. I only gave it four stars, not on performance, but on size. It's a tad bigger than I anticipated. I'm a happy camper though!

Have it in my full size sedan. Adds a nice little punch of bass. Makes the music seem fuller with this since my factory subs went out. You can get this same thing for half the price [...].

I corner loaded this beast in my trunk.....WOW!!! My chest was vibrating at 25% volume... Must have! I think I'm going to add the passive.. just because!
