my daughter got this for christmas and is still lovin it! she packs it with her from room to room. it's easy to mix and you can make snow balls too. i'm not sure how educational it is but it is alot of fun. it comes with plenty of snow and a mat to set everything out on.

We bought this as a class activity. I didn't know what to expect. I was as amazed as the little children. We all wowed and awed and couldn't stop playing. Just a little water and tiny scoop of powder will do the magic. The powder will expand 100x and will be dry.
A few minutes later you will actually feel it colder. One of the children drowned it with water and now we have it at a windowsill to dry as I read that it will dehydrate again. The children loved it and wouldn't stop experimenting. They learned about hydration and dehydration and water absorption. I forgot to mention that they are between 3 and 5 years old. I just want to alert you that it gets a bit messy, so don't experiment where you don't want mess.

I love this snow but I thought I was getting a lot more than I did. I bought it for my daughter's preschool class and of course they loved it. Overall it is good I just thought I was getting more for the amount I paid.
