I don't know what the other reviewer is talking about as I love potentials unlimited products. If you follow the instructions you should have, at the very least, a great meditation experience. Barrie's voice is soooooo soothing, very kind and safe sounding. It is so easy to melt away and get the message during the hypnosis section... after you are all relaxed there is very pleasant music with positive subliminal statements. I used to be skeptical until, without letting people know, I played the subliminal version over and over(a silent subliminal track) and, after 3 -4 wks.(don't remember exactly how long)....a toxic dynamic was greatly reduced. This happened without fights or talks,,,as if by magic! I am not an employee of this company or anything like that ... I just felt moved to write this after an unfair review from a person who seems to only have tried this one cd.

Hard to Listen, poor quility of recording.
Even more it isn't effective at all.
