Be Psychic Now has great exercizes for increasing your psychic powers and for running your brain. I originally checked this book out from the library, but I found it so full of good ideas, I had to buy it and add it to my library. The exercizes in this book are definately improving my life!!

Interesting read about how the author developed his psychic skills. It makes you realize that it is possible to develop your psychic skills as easily as John did by using the over 50 excellent techniques the author includes in this book. I found this an excellent book for general self development and specific psychic development. Good book

I've read several books on psychic development, including the William Hewitt's Psychic Delvelopment for Beginners, but this one has the best exercises for enhancing the psychic ability. i've tried them all and it works. I've enjoyed the author's style of writing and I rec this book highly.

This book is an easy read and gives you 50 Practical exercises that you can adjust to make your own, or use as is and choose the ones that work best for you. My favorite parts are the short anecdotes the author uses to tell his story how he practiced and studied to become more psychic, interpretation strategy and full psychic readings, and how he put all 50 exercises also in the back of the book in it's own section for easy access! I highly recommend this book and Laura Day's and Nancy Rosanoff's. It actually concentrates on how to develop your abilities, where some books just talk about the different forms of divination not giving you any practical information. Also-I recommend William Hewitt's Psychic Development book from Llewellyn as a beginner's book. I really enjoyed this book and will continue to use it for the exercises. It is worth your money!

This was a good read and the book had me trying the exercises in all of my spare time. You will see results with this book. I would also recommend an older book that was mentioned in this book, The Silva Mind Control Method.

I am an avid reader of metaphysical books and found this one to be especially good. The exercises are fast, easy and most importantly THEY WORK! I have been to lots of workshops etc. etc. etc. and was just amazed at how easy the exercises are to connect with. One of the things I liked best about this book is that the author does not claim to be "gifted" from birth, from ten generations of psychic readers or suffered a near death experience. He seems to be a basic guy that taught himself how to really tap into his innate psychic abilities. Then he takes it a step further and shares his knowledge. I really related to his writing and teaching style.

Well worth the price, I even just ordered the cassette (now I just have to find a cassette player - hahahaha)!

Just as advertised--fifty psychic exercises. A handy reference for the teacher of psychic development to add varied and interesting activities to the development class. Also a good book to give any psychic development beginner an overview of the many types of exercises.

Such blah,blah,blah reviews. The book is an excellent overview of the most popular how to psychic books. It gives a fair taste of other author's "how to" tips , which Friedland zealously credits and tells you how they worked for him. And if you'd want to read more on any point the authors he borrows from are referenced in the bibliography. For the price, one of the best "how tos" out there. You'll waste your money on a lot of other books by not buying this one.

The methods illustrated in this book is easy to understand and follow, explained (how and why does it work).. also exciting... and what is more that it worked for me! I'd say Nathaniel did a great job in this book, I recommend it for all people who are trying to enhance their life style.

Well-written book. All points made by the author are backed up by scientific evidence or/and logic. No new age nonsense here. Overall, this book made a lot of sense to me. If you are into new age [stuff], buy a Harry Potter book instead. For those of us who live in reality, I strongly recommend this one.

It's a good book! There are many interesting exercises to choose from and I think it's a great tool for anyone wanting to develop their different gifts. I found that the author was a bit too technical at times but given his background it's understandable.
