I have a chronic illness. This book truly helped me understand how my whole way of thinking about my life was going to have to change.

I now go about my life with a much healthier mindset. It's not the mindset of a healthy person: I'm not a healthy person, and never will be again. But it's a healthy mindset for a sick person.

Admittedly, this is only one of the resources that helped me achieve this: but it was one of the first; and one I go back to from time to time.
