This is one of the greatest book I have read.
I am still reading it, but its as if she talking
to me. With the economy being so bad, and money being so tight.
This book has helped me so much.I even ordered one for my sister
and sent it to her. Its a gift you can give that comes from the heart.I thank god for this writer. She has saved me in so many ways.

I've just finished reading Cherie Hill's book. What a great word of encouragement! And, at the same time, what real and practical advice.

Cherie has combined loads of Scripture with a little bit of practicality, a little bit of psychology, and a boatload of wise advice.

I read through quickly at first to just get a feel for Cherie's heart. And now, I am taking just a few pages a day and diving in to the message and the meat of the book.

Whether you are a new believer or a seasoned Christian, I highly recommend this book. I've been blessed, challenged and encouraged to trust God like never before.

Thanks, Cherie, for reminding me that God is always on His throne and worthy of my trust and surrender!

The Lord has given Cherie Hill the gift of writing , and a heart for the hurting, which is so genuinely expressed
on each page of "BE STILL." This book has been a huge blessing, and has far surpassed my expectations.

Storms are inevitable, and Cherie writes in a way that has helped me to see storms through Jesus eyes. Her book includes scriptures that are encouraging, eye opening and life changing.

After reading "Be Still" I see storms as an opportunity to learn, be humbled, to grow in faith, and most importantly draw closer to Jesus.

Be Still; Let Jesus Calm Your Storms is a helpful and practical book for weathering life's storms. Author Cherie Hill has included many Scripture references to remind us again and again of those truths we know to be true, yet often forget when we are facing crisis.

As quoted on page 59, "We can trust that if He leads us into a raging storm, or allows a storm to come into our lives, He's got something amazing in mind. He wants to show you His sufficiency, His comforting presence, and His strength that will help you endure. Your trials become tools in the hand of God." The author shows us how God sees our storms, and encourages us to trust in His plan for our lives. He can use our difficult circumstances to bring about growth in our walk with Him.

Cherie continues on page 67, "The storms just give God another opportunity to demonstrate His unconditional love for us. He wants you to understand, firsthand, what it feels like to reach out and have His hand grasp yours." When we allow God to walk with us in the midst of our troubles, our peace is assured. His presence gives us hope, even when all seems hopeless.

Be Still; Let Jesus Calm Your Storms is a book that will encourage you to find yourself placed safely in God's hand. If you trust in His care, you will find that no matter what storms rage round about, you will have the strength and peace to endure and even thrive as God works His miracle in you.

Cherie Hill's book is one you will want to read again and again...I usually try to pass along books to friends to share...but I will just have to buy another copy if I do that! "Be Still: Let Jesus Calm Your Storms" is a book that shares powerful biblical assurances of receiving a victory at sea...choice golden nuggets of truth are interspersed with life applicable reflections and scriptures...these short "nuggets" will give you pause to ponder and...if you are like me...write them down and then pass along the blessing....
