I was not able to put this book down until I finished it. Very honest and informative about entrepeneurship while telling personal stories. I recommend it to anyone who is thinking about stepping up to be a leader of the pack in any work setting.

This book is a wonderful mix of sound advice given in a variety of ways. Allen and Andrea open up their world and share personal steps to success as well as crucial pitfalls to avoid. I will be giving this book to each of my sons, all currently in college studying business. Entrepreneurial or not? Not sure? Read this book, it will definitely motivate and provide insight into owning your own business and living your dream.

Be A Wolf is written from the perspective of someone who truly wants to share their experiences with those of us who aspire to start our own business. It's a very candid look at the peaks and valleys one must be prepared to endure. Provides further evidence that bottom line profits start with happy and productive employees.

"Be A Wolf" is an exciting, motivating, and well written book that dives into the excitement, challenges, and rewards of stepping out into the business world. It's an excellent read for anyone that has started a business and a must read for anyone considering that next step toward "Being A Wolf" and building a business. I can assure you, you won't want to put this book down! A must for every entrepreneur and highly recommended.

My greatest joy of reading "Be a Wolf" is the honesty and ease of the language used to portray the foundations of complex business theory. The authors consistently maintained a humble and uplifting perspective by holding a candle to their own failures, while highlighting the successes which propelled their company, Argus, into the future.
So often lessons learned in leadership are others' observations on what not to do. The authors have taken those lessons to form the basis for their Ethics and company culture. This drive to want to do what's best for the employees of Argus, freed their employees intellectual capital to do what's best for Argus; thus enabling a perpetuating cycle.
From eight years in the U.S. Army I've had a general idea of the kind of leader I've always wanted to be. To see those lessons take hold in a business environment has both encouraged and motivated me to become an entrepreneur.
