This book is the most down-to-earth, practical guide to other-worldly topics that I have yet read. Sherron Mayes delivers the information in a no-nonsense, easy-to-read-and-understand format that won't get anyone flustered with difficulty vocabulary or concepts. I was most impressed. I borrowed it from the library, but I'm going to purchase my own book so I can highlight it and underline it to my heart's content. Really valuable.

I have read "Be Your Own Psychic" once and I plan on reading it again soon, especially the exercises. I'm not psychic and my goal isn't to seek psychic abilities. However, I believe most of our minds abilities lie unused, and I am very interested in improving my mind power and my intuitive powers, and this book delivers in those areas. Sherron has a few exercises that if attempted will put you in a hypnotic state and will improve your visualization skills. These exercises help in uncovering beliefs that are hindering our life progress and they also help in programming our vibrational systems to allow us to attract more of what we want to our lives. Good book

Sherron shows how we all have the potential to develop amazing perceptions about ourselves and the seen/unseen world around us. She writes beautifully and takes you on an easy journey to gain these insights also. I loved this book, and was the first influence that really inspired me to develop my own intuition. This book was the starting point that took me on my own amazing journey. Kudos to Sherron for achieving this and sharing such wisdom that is inspiring for us all. I love her honesty in the book also.
