I enjoy this tool,
This review is from: BeJeweler Pro - Professional Swarovski Hotfix Rhinestone Applicator Kit / Embellishment Tool plus 210 pcs #2028 Crystal Hotfix
I use this tool to add hotfix flatback rhinestones on my daughter's ice skating dress. A few rhinestones would not stick on the tool, but I push a little harder, it works. Because I am afraid the rhinestones won't stick on the fabric, I always push little harder. In my operation process, I have a needle to help to get some rhinestones out of the tool after I put it on the fabric. I am very happy with my final work because the whole process is very neat and clean. The rhinestones stick and my daughter cannot pull them out.
I like hotfix process. In my first work I could put 2-3 rhinestones on the fabric within a minute. I am pretty happy with this tool and the work.

I put crystals on a leotard that I made for my daughter. I had problems with some of them not sticking on the fabric. I also had problems getting some crystals out of the tool. I also had some of them slip, leaving a streak of glue. I probably just need more practice. I keep a pin handy to push them out when they get stuck in the tool. The seller included some crystals that I couldn't use because they didn't fit any of the attachments. When I shop for crystals I keep a list of the sizes of the attachments to be sure I will be able to apply them. So far none of them have fallen off but I haven't washed them yet. I think the trick is to apply them when they are at the optimum heat. Again, I don't think the product is in any way defective; I just need to work on the technique.
