This review is from: Beach Blanket Psycho (Mass Market Paperback)
Terri can't wait to meet Ben Marsh. Ever since they had been exchanging leters back and forth to each other she wanted to see his face...

Ben arrives and Terri can't believe how handsome and witty he is. Making everyone like him instantly. Even Erika agrees that is a good catch. But there is something that is different about Ben

He's a totally different person than he was in his letters. Like when he said that he had a brother, but in his letters he stated that he was an only child. Also Terri didn't think he was as smart as he was supposed to be and as shy. Maybe Ben was a liar, but Terri couldn't bring herself to believe that.

Suddenly everyone gets mad at each other except for Terri. She has no clue what's going on, but there is something fishy about Ben. Erika talks to her and tells Terri that she thinks he might be aa liar. One not to trust at all...

Terri soon regrets that she had ever met Ben as her life turns into a nightmare. Will she ever be able to escape?

Okay..this book was EXTREMELY strange. I've read many mysery, suspense, horror books and this one is terrible. First of all I don't know why the author named it Beach Blanket Psycho. The guy was sort of a psycho, but beach blanket? It just doesn't seem to fit. No action really occurs in the book. Only some in the begining and more at the end. The middle of the book was just blah-blah. I really didn't want to finish it, honestly. The plot was kind of weird. I mean who's heard of two people that have been brought together by a comic book called the "Sandman"? Sad, really. Also the part about "getting the Yum" was weird. It was just plain weird and all of the book was about the psycho guy. You never got to even know his name!

I DO NOT reccomend this book. It was a waste of my time. Luckliy I only borrowed it from the library so I won't be stuck with it. If you want some mystery, horror, suspense I reccomend Lois Duncan. Believe me, this guy was just trying to make one of those really good books but ended up like trash. Hopefully you'll read this and not get this book. It was Horrible!
