The first version (see my review) was simple and, after time, mind numbing. So I said: "Let's upgrade."Caution: This latest release calls for a 400 MHz Mac, so be sure you have a newer Mac before you buy. Check your chip speed. With the right speed, this is a better if still simple game. For those seeking complicated, mobile, multifaceted scenarios, look elsewhere. But for intense, escapist relief from time working in front of the Mac, this game can satisfy your basic needs for defensive military action. The manual offers "cheating" methods as well, e.g., unlimited ammunition. And it is inexpensive! |
