pretty pictures, but not very useful,

The full-color pictures of beads are very inspirational to us bead designers, but this book was short on good illustrations and details. Various knots and findings are mentioned, but never explained. Only the very basic, simple techniques are covered, and not in depth.

As a relatively new "beader", this book ranks among my favorite. Clear text and excellent photography provide clear guidance for numerous projects.The best in my collection of "how-to" books and a great value. Don't be fooled by my "title", as this also offers more complex beading ideas with step-by-step directions.
