For a non-quilter, but an active beader, this is an absolute "must have" book to incorporate either or both techniques in a clear, concise, easy to learn manner. The written descriptions, followed by the beautiful photography and/or sketches of each stitch or technique, should take a novice in either quilting or beading to the next level. A well written book and worth every penny!

I do a lot of beading on my art quilts and have often been disappointed by other books dealing with beading on quilts. But there is no disappointment with this book! This book has a lot to offer both beginning beaders as well as more experienced beaders. It is well written and easy to follow. I find myself going back to it for inspiration and new ideas. I highly recommend it!

Lots of beading books are about making jewelry. That's not what interests me. This book turns beads into elegant adornments. I was especially taken with the beaded kaleidoscopes. This is not a book for those who want a delicate touch of beads here and there. This is for those who have thousands of beads they want to use to encrust a scene or favorite piece of fabric. I can see having the binding taken off the book and a spiral binding put on at Kinko's so it can lay flat next to me while I am working.

Reading "Bead Creative Art Quilts" is almost as fun as taking class with Nancy! Her drawings, instructions and descriptions are so easy to follow. Nancy's passion for beading shows through this her 2nd book. It's an inspirational read and an essential in every creative person's library!

This is a beautiful book. If you want to add that extra special touch to your quilts then this book is a must. Nancy has a style all her own. She gets your imagination moving. This book is a must for every quilter.

This book has lots of clear, in color, illustrations for all of its projects, including illustrations for left-handed beaders. I love all of the projects it contains. A must have!

Clear drawings for duplicating the designs with methods for going off on your own. Includes gorgeous photography to inspire. A MUST for your library both for eye-candy and technique.

When I received my Bead Creative book and began leafing through it I simply could not put it down. There is so much information on beading on fabric, ideas, samples, and stitching.
I am not disappointed, the book is well written, the instructions are easy to understand and the pictures are outstanding. This book is great for learning the art of beading.
