i must have been crazy all these years to do jewelry making without these. it makes the tasks so much more stable and they get into small places that your fingers cannot fit. the handles are very comforable and the quality of the pliars is excellent especially for the price. you could not pry these away from me so dont try.

I make and sell chainmaille jewelry and inlays, and these have become my #1 right-hand plier (with a pair of flats in my left). The ends are tiny so it's easy to work tiny rings into tight spaces, but I can flip them around and use the back - the curve - as if it was a flat-nose to leverage rings shut. The handles seemed at first as if they were too hard (no padding) to be comfortable, but I find I can maille for two to three hours at a time without pain with these. The inside is smooth but with a grain so it still grips smooth metal. Since I work in a lot of stainless steel, I do see some wear on the faces and edges, but a quick file with 100-220 grit sandpaper gets them good as new. I've had mine for about two months and had to touch them up twice. If nothing changes I expect them to last about a year, which is OUTSTANDING for heavy use of $12 pliers. The brand I previously used tended to last me about six weeks and cost $4, so I'm saving 62% annually on pliers by using these. If you don't use them as heavily or aggressively as I do they will last you a very long time. I'll replace these ones with the same brand & model when they do eventually wear out.

I love these pliers. I resisted getting them for a while, because they seemed like a luxury when I already had straight chain nose, but these make the wire wrapping process so much easier. I should have purchased them ages ago. You can reach places with your hands in a more natural position and the wrapping motion is more effective with them somehow. My results are better on finishing with the bent nose. I still use the straight chain nose for some things, like opening and closing rings, but I am more likely to pick up the bent when wrapping briolettes, making rondelle cascades, and other wire wraps in tight places.

I love these pliers because the handles are cushioned and the interlocking leaves fit perfectly. Beadalon nailed it on comfort and design. Bent chain nose pliers allow me to get into tight spaces in my jewelry making. Paired with flat nose pliers they're a winning combo. I'd highly recommend these Beadalon bent chain nose pliers. Arrived quickly and were well packed. So convenient buying them through Amazon.

These little guys seem reasonably well made for the price and work well for work on small objects such as jewelcrafting. My only complaint is that, being an averaged sized man, the ergo handles are just a bit small to comfortably fit in my hands for extended periods. Women, youths, or people with hand smaller than the average adult male will probably love them.

We needed something with smooth jaws and a bent nose to avoid damaging a customer's product. The small handle size fit our ladies' hands rather well, so they were pretty happy. It's sometimes tough to find a tool that everyone will be happy using, but these were a nice find. Thanks!

Comfortable and easy to use pliers. I do chain maille jewelry and these pliers are excellent in my nondominant hand. I can work for hours without having my hand get tired. They are the perfect size for someone with small hands.
