The bead you see in the ad is shiny and clearly silver. The bead I recieved was dull gray...I tried silver polish no go it did not fit my bracelet either. What a downer.

I just received my charm and it does not look anything like the picture. It is very dull looking and the surface is uneven. If you are trying to add it to your troll collection it will not look good!
